FUNCTIONALITIES

1. ADMINISTRATIVE

Administrates information/ equipment/ cars and drivers/ includes data card.

It contains the table with all the vehicles of the fleet where information on the vehicles are inserted: Registration mark, VIN number, make, model, mileage records, average fuel consumption, type of vehicle – commodity or passenger transport, category of the vehicle, fuel type, motor type – 2x – 4x, transmission type – manual or automatic. This is where you insert the series of the device corresponding to each vehicle. Vehicles can be added or deleted.

It contains the table with all the drivers of the company using the fleet and it is here that you can insert information about the driver: Name, Surname, Age, Licence number, Licence category. Drivers can be added or deleted.

2. MONITORIING ON THE INTERACTIVE MAP

Visualizing the position of the vehicles/ equipments on the map in real time and indicating the routes for the selected vehicle/equipment.

Visualizing the routes of the vehicles on the map: Visualize the position of all the vehicles or only of those selected, together with the road covered by the vehicles and their direction of driving.

Data about the routes by days: Visualise the distance covered in km on route, average speed used by the vehicle on the route, start and end hour.

You can visualize these on your cell phone or tablet. All these can be visualized in real time.

3. STATE OF FLEET

Indicating the situation of each vehicle/equipment in table. You can download reports in digital form with the state at a certain moment.

Contains information about the state of each vehicle in real time: registration mark, type of vehicle, name of the driver, moving, stationary or parked, speed, and location by complete address.

4. INTEREST POINTS

It allows defining points of interest which will be used in indicating the reports, instead of addresses (e.g. SC CLIENT SRL instead of the address of this company).

It is useful when you want to monitor the activity of the selling or distribution agents; based on this information you can evaluate their activity and decide upon streamlining their activity.

5. SET ROUTE

A route is defined for each vehicle/equipment which will be followed without any deviation. In case of deviation, the responsible persons will be notified.

With this module you can streamline the activity of the fleet, discovering and correcting any deviations from the established route, thus becoming more competitive and profitable.

6. SPATIAL-TEMPORAL PERIMETERS

You can define spatial perimeters and time intervals in which the vehicles/equipments are or are not allowed to enter/exit and alerts are sent in case of breaking the imposed rules.

It allows monitoring the activity of the vehicles according to the area/region of work and working program during working days and weekends.

7. FUEL CONSUMPTION BASED ON PROBE

It allows the monitoring of the fuel consumption in real time and sends alerts in case of any suspect activity. This module needs a fuel probe installed.

The probe signals the fuel consumption of the vehicle, thus being monitored any change produced within the tank, respectively fuel service and sudden consumption of fuel.

8. DOCUMENTS MANAGEMENT

It allows the monitoring of the documents associated to current operations and the management of their validity date, sending alerts when the expiring date approaches.

With the help of this menu you can monitor the expiring dates for documents like: vehicle insurances, road tolls, technical inspections, driving licences.

9. FINANCIAL FORECAST

The module allows the forecast of the financial demand for an optimum functioning of the fleet depending on: the cost of the documents to expire, predicted number of kilometres to roll, personnel cost and based on statistic datum if there are any.

10. ROUTE OPTIMIZATION

The module allows the optimizing and organizing of the route that the vehicle/equipment has to cover.

11. LOGISTICS OPTIMIZATION

The module expands the functionality of the optimization module of the route, by including in the calculus the optimization module of loading depending on the type and volumetry of the package.

12. REPORTS

This module allows reports generating according to the datum gathered/generated by the functional modules that are activated.

The Menu Vehicle Records: Visualize the route for each vehicle, address and departure time, address and arrival time, the distance covered and the period of the journey. This information can be downloaded or printed as Vehicle Record.

The Menu Fleet Activity: Collects data about each vehicle: kilometres covered, fuel consumption, maximum speed at what moment, average speed, functioning period of the vehicle, parking period.

Parking inventory: Visualize the parking periods for each vehicle and the complete addresses of the parking place.

Daily Activity Report: Generate DAR according to effective Romanian Law.

Vehicle Reports and Daily Activity Reports are automatically downloaded.

13. SERVICE ALERT

This module will send the person in charge alerts concerning the errors generated by the system of the vehicle/equipment.

The aplication can be sincronized with most of the existing ERPs.
